ดังนั้นคำตอบที่ถูกต้องคือ: certificate อาจไม่ได้ถูกบังคับเหมือนกันทั่วประเทศ แต่ในชีวิตจริงมักจำเป็น เพราะ council, insurer, landlord, employer หรือ platform อาจขอดูหลักฐานการฝึกอบรมก่อนอนุญาตให้ทำงาน
อะไรคือ Certificate ที่ควรมีเป็นพื้นฐาน

- CNHC — Complementary & Natural Healthcare Council: เป็น voluntary register ที่ได้รับการออกแบบมาเพื่อเพิ่มความมั่นใจให้ public ว่า practitioner มีมาตรฐานตามที่ register กำหนด เหมาะกับ therapist ที่อยากสร้างความน่าเชื่อถือในระดับ public-facing มากขึ้น โดยเฉพาะคนที่ทำงานร่วมกับ clinic หรือ wellness setting ที่ให้ความสำคัญกับ professional registration

ร้านควรเก็บเอกสาร Therapist อย่างไร
ร้านที่มีหลาย therapist ควรมีระบบเก็บข้อมูล เช่น:
- Certificate / qualification
- Insurance certificate
- Right to work check
- Services ที่ therapist ทำได้
- Training expiry หรือ CPD record
- Notes เรื่อง restriction หรือ service ที่ไม่ควร assign
